Your Airbnb numbers,
finally making sense.

HostLedger turns every reservation into real bookkeeping — income, expenses, profit per booking, occupancy, and ROI — synced automatically and stored only in your browser. No spreadsheets. No cloud.

The dashboard, profit per booking, and property ROI — a peek at what HostLedger builds from your reservations.

Spreadsheets weren't built for short-term rentals

Every payout means re-typing numbers by hand. Every tax season means reconstructing a year of platform fees, cleaning costs, and utility bills from memory. And at the end of it, you still can't answer the one question that matters: which bookings actually made you money?

Features

Everything HostLedger does

Automatic sync

Every booking, one view — no manual entry

Active, upcoming, and past reservations are pulled in from Airbnb automatically, so you're never copying dates, guest names, or payout amounts by hand.

Real profit, not just payouts

See what's left after fees and expenses — per booking

Every reservation breaks down into net profit, expenses, and platform fees, so you can see which bookings — and which months — are actually worth having. No more guessing from a single deposit number.

Occupancy, ADR & RevPAR

The metrics you'd normally have to calculate by hand

Occupancy rate, average daily rate, and revenue per available night, calculated automatically for any month you pick. Know at a glance whether a slow month is a pricing problem or a booking problem.

Where your money goes

A category breakdown that actually explains your margin

Cleaning, platform fees, utilities, management, supplies, tax — every expense sorted into categories, so you know exactly what's eating into profit before it's too late to fix.

Think like an investor

Track ROI on the property itself

Set what you put in — purchase price, furnishing, improvements — and HostLedger tracks cumulative ROI and how much you have left to recover. Built for hosts who bought a property, not just started a side hustle.

Built for cross-border hosts

Multiple currencies, handled natively

Property in one country, payouts in another? HostLedger supports live or manual exchange rates and can automatically split reservation income across currencies — no separate spreadsheet for currency conversion.

Stay ahead of the property

A calendar that also reminds you

Reservations and property reminders — AC maintenance, insurance renewals, whatever you need to track — live side by side on one calendar, so nothing slips through between bookings.

Tax season, solved

One click to a full annual report

Generate an annual report, export to CSV, or archive a completed year and start the next one clean. Everything your accountant needs, without rebuilding a spreadsheet from twelve months of payouts.

Advanced reporting

Dig past the totals with deeper reports

Go beyond the ledger with a listing performance report that shows how each property earns over time, and a pricing & discount analysis that reveals how your rates and discounts affect what you actually take home.

Local-first, by design

Your financial data never leaves your browser

HostLedger doesn't have a server holding your income and expenses. Everything — reservations, transactions, reports, settings — is stored locally in your browser. Nobody else's database, no subscription harvesting your numbers.

  • No cloud storage — your numbers live in your browser, not on our servers
  • Full backup and restore, any time — a single JSON file, yours to keep
  • No lock-in — export everything to CSV whenever you want
FAQ

Questions hosts ask us

If yours isn't here, ask us directly — reach out through the signup form below.

How does HostLedger get my Airbnb data?

HostLedger reads reservation and payout data using your own logged-in session, the same way your browser already sees it when you're on Airbnb. Nothing is sent to a third-party server — the sync happens locally, between your browser and Airbnb.

Is my financial data safe?

Your data is stored only in your browser's local storage — there's no HostLedger database holding your numbers. You control backup and export at any time, and restoring from a backup is a single file import.

Does it work with Vrbo and Booking.com too?

Not yet — HostLedger currently supports Airbnb only. Support for Vrbo and Booking.com is on the roadmap. Sign up for updates below to hear when it lands.

What does it cost?

HostLedger is $5/month or $35/year (save over 40%). We’re also offering a one-time $75 lifetime plan for the first 50 buyers — pay once, keep every future update, no recurring fee. Once those 50 spots are gone, the lifetime deal is gone for good.

What browser does it run on?

HostLedger is a Chrome extension. Support for other Chromium-based browsers is on the roadmap.

Is multi-listing support coming?

Yes — we are working on a multi-listing dashboard that will let you track all your properties in one place, with the same automatic sync and profit breakdowns you get for a single listing. Sign up for latest updates below to be the first to know when it’s ready.
